4. Listing Guidelines

Listings must be clear, honest, and legal.
No duplicate, spam, or fake ads.
QuickRent.pk may remove or edit listings that violate our policies.
Users are solely responsible for their listings and communications.

5. Payments & Premium Services

Some features (e.g., featured listings) may require paid services.
Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers.
Fees for premium services are non-refundable, except in cases of fraud or errors.

6. Safety & Fraud Prevention

We recommend users:
✔ Verify property, electronics, or vehicles before making payments.
✔ Meet in public and safe locations when dealing in person.
✔ Never share sensitive personal or payment details with strangers.
✔ Report suspicious or fraudulent listings to us.

QuickRent.pk is not responsible for any financial losses, disputes, or damages caused by user interactions.

7. Content Ownership & Rights

Users retain ownership of their content but grant QuickRent.pk a license to use, modify, and display it for marketing and operational purposes.
QuickRent.pk may modify or remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

QuickRent.pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
